• Co-operation between school and parent is absolutely essential for the harmonious development of the student.
  • Pupils should be punctual to SCHOOL. Latecomers will not be allowed to attend the classes.
  • In unavoidable circumstances, the parent can send a letter, subject to the approval by Principal, stating the reason for being late or for not being in proper uniform. On approval, the child will be marked “p” in the attendance register. Not more than two permission will be given in a month.
  • Parents must ensure that homework, learning for tests and the submission of work must be completed in the given time.
  • Parents and guardians are not allowed to meet the children or the teachers without prior permission from the Principal.
  • Every pupil must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit by the doctor and exempted by the principal.
  • No pupil suffering from a contagious or infectious disease shall be allowed to attend school. Medical certificate and fitness certificate must be produced at the time of rejoining.
  • Only English must be spoken on the school premises to acquire fluency in the language.
  • For summative assessments parents are requested to collect the progress reports of their children positively on the dates given in the circular sent to them.
  • It is compulsory for the pupil to wear shoes and clean uniform when they are coming to school.
  • Students, when taken to field trip/tours should be in full school uniform.
  • Parents are requested not to allow their wards to wear any valuable jewels. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Students are not permitted to bring cash to the school.
  • When parents are invited for any function/activity conducted by the school, they are requested to respond to the invitation.
  • Parents are requested not to give any kind of compliments or cash to the faculty and other personnel who are employees of the school.
  • A record of the address and telephone number of the parents/guardians is maintained in the school office. Any change of address/telephone number, E- mail should be communicated without delay in written.
  • Kindly check the school diary and sign daily. The diary is a link between the school authorities and the parents.
  • A minimum of 90% attendance is required for promotion to the next higher class.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate in the working of the school by enforcing Regularity, Punctuality and Discipline and by taking interest in their children’s progress.
